En-Fem-E No. 9 - The Factory picks up where the previous game left off. The MC finds himself in a corporate prison facility run by a nefarious company call Okama Pharmaceuticals. The MC must endure a conditioning treatment enforced by Okama. Okama is conditioning and transforming the MC to act as an agent for their master plan. The MC is eventually released into the world to collect semen (DNA) samples from target subject so Okama can finish their titular formula En-Fem-E No. 9. Porn star Autumn Rain makes a guest appearance in the final portion of the game.
