Mouse control:
Left for moving, right mouse button for interaction, you need to stand next to something interactable and right click on it. Otherwise it opens the menu
Resizer instructions:
open the sizer folder and start sizer.exe, then with the game focused press CTRL + Windows key + Z and select a resolution in the 4:3 category
