Spermatosis

Spermatosis is an adult visual novel with a heavy focus on smut, humor, and character interactions. Liza (or Kevin, if you sway that way ) discovers that she has a rather unusual condition. The treatment is simple: she needs to swallow sperm to get better. Unfortunately, there's one minor, completely insignificant detail... She's a lesbian. Kevin isn't exactly in a better position either — he's straight. So yeah. That's the premise. I know, right!?
